Gosset for ChatGPT Business and Enterprise
Use the public Gosset plugin to connect ChatGPT to Gosset in your organization's workspace.

Before you begin
- Select the ChatGPT workspace where you intend to use Gosset.
- Your workspace must permit access to the Gosset plugin and its connected app.
- Complete any Gosset sign-in and authorization requested during setup or first use.
Workspace access
Plugin availability, connected-app permissions, and access to Gosset are separate. Making a plugin available or installing it for members does not automatically connect their accounts. See OpenAI's plugin controls.
For workspace administrators
- Sign in with an account that can manage your workspace, then select the correct workspace.
- Open Admin → Plugins and find Gosset in the public catalog. Review the plugin and make it available to the intended roles using the controls your workspace provides.
- Check Workspace apps and Permissions & roles for the Gosset connection. Enable access for the intended members and review any available action controls and app permissions.
- Ask a member in an intended role to follow the installation steps below and test a Gosset query.

For workspace members
- Select your organization's workspace in ChatGPT.
- Open the Gosset plugin page, or find Gosset in Plugins.
- Follow the installation and connection prompts. If your workspace has already installed Gosset, complete any remaining connection steps.
- Select Try in chat on the plugin page, or start a new chat and select Gosset with @. Enter your question.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Gosset is missing or installation is blocked | Confirm the selected workspace. Ask an administrator to check plugin availability and your role's access. |
| Gosset is installed but cannot connect | Complete the connection prompts and confirm your Gosset account has the required access. |
| Gosset tools are unavailable | Ask an administrator to check the connected app and permitted actions, then try a new chat. |
| ChatGPT does not use Gosset | Select Gosset with @ and explicitly ask ChatGPT to use it. |
